The company

Family company (Cousin Family) specialized in the trade of shellfish and crustaceans since 1991.
The Viviers de Saint Colomban are located in Carnac in Morbihan.
Listening to the market, we market more than 5000 tons of seafood products per year.
Our range of shellfish and crustaceans is adapted to the local (supermarkets, restaurants), national (central purchasing wholesaler) and international (wholesaler, factory…) markets. We are able to deliver to our local customers, central purchasing platforms and packaging plants all over Europe.
We are equipped with about twenty trucks ranging from light vehicles to heavy trucks and refrigerated livewell trucks. We deliver daily to our customers at their doorstep, as well as to international carriers at the fishing port of Lorient who ship our products throughout Europe.

The company also has 500 fishermen on foot spread over various fields from the Arcachon basin to the Baie de Somme, who ensure fresh and regular deliveries.
We have barges for the breeding and recovery of products from the fields (Gulf of Morbihan) and our crustaceans come directly from fishing boats sailing along the Breton coast.
We also have more than 18 hectares of parks in the Quiberon peninsula where we raise oysters, clams and cockles.
Our installation in tanks allows us to store more than 200 tons of shellfish and 50 tons of crustaceans.
Our buildings on an area of more than 3000 m2 allow us to pack and ship large daily volumes.
